This one-day USA
Triathlon-sanctioned clinic for women of all ages will introduce you to the growing sport of
triathlon. More and more women are intrigued by venturing into multi-sport. This
day is intended to give you the background, tools, and motivation to give it a
tri. Beginners and those with some experience will have the benefit of
small-group workshops with professional coaches.

| As a follow-up to clinic, each participant will be sent individualized guidelines for creating a training program and training objectives for the 2007 season based on the coaches'
observations and evaluations during the day
